My friends with the Marine Mammal Project at the NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council) have done it again! Whales and dolphins will be protected from the devastating impact of the Navy’s underwater sonar blasts that’s resulted in numerous strandings. This is a subject I’ve written about, and told at length in the terrific book, “War of the Whales,” by Joshua Horwitz.
